What comes to mind when you think of Hanukkah? Is it just the holiday season and December festivities, or do you think of the profound history celebrated by the Jewish people during this important holiday?

In this engaging two-part class, Steve Herzig and Chris Katulka will explain the importance of Hanukkah, from its historical background to its modern-day practices. Hanukkah, the only Jewish holiday not found in the Hebrew Scriptures, commemorates the rededication of the Jewish Temple in 164 BC after years of Greek occupation. Don't miss this opportunity to learn about this historically rich celebration!
